Natalie Spiro is the founder and CEO of Drum Cafe North America, a global leader in interactive drumming experiences for corporate events, conferences, and team development. She is also the CEO of Blue Fire Leadership, a coaching and leadership development firm she launched in 2012 to help executives and teams reach their fullest potential through transformational learning experiences.

With more than two decades of expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and experiential learning, Natalie has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, associations, and government organizations to foster connection, collaboration, and purpose through rhythm and coaching.
